Awareness of the Present Moment Exercise
This meditation is just under 10 minutes long and you can use it any time you need to reconnect.
It concentrates on the senses, one at a time, to help you feel more connected with the world around you again. This meditation can be done whilst out (if possible) for a walk or run, or even indoors – as it is an ‘open eye’ meditation where you’re focusing on senses rather than mentally with eyes closed like traditional meditation.
